Ascend to me

To Capitoline Hill

Lay down your flint

Declare your wars

Your treaties

It is your duty

To family

To state

To gods

To me

Take a feather from my noble bird

But ignore not its talons

Its razor beak

Bow to my oak

Sacrifice your white ox

Show your pietas

I flood your barren lands

I strike your twisted trees

I rule your skies

I am your light bringer

Surround my head with meteors and satellites

Flood my mind with nebulas

With dying and birthing galaxies

Place a crown upon my head

Not of thorns and pain

But of planets and stars
